- Blake's appearance was originally intended to be much more revealing, with the character played by Ursina Luther initially being referred to as "Voluptuous Waitress."[2] However, the costumers ultimately ended up making the decision to cover Blake's cleavage with an apron before filming, for unknown reasons.[3]
